Terms and Conditions

GENERAL :

All guests participating in water activities (rafting, hydrospeeding, canyoning) must be able to swim 25ms in calm water, without aids.

Please do not consume alcohol/drugs prior to any trip.  FrogsRafting reserves the right to refuse any person they feel is incapable of a trip, or may put others in danger.

Refunds for deposits are available up to 72hours, before your trip.  

Any refund is subject to a 20euro administration fee, which will be taken off the refund amount.

If you have a change of numbers please let us know more than 72hours before your trip, otherwise we will charge for the number of guests reserved.  We will try to resell places should you have last minute cancellations, however we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to do so.

If you want to add guests please let us know as far in advance as possible.  Sadly we cannot guarantee spaces for last minute additions.

Guests should adhere to the age limits Frogs Rafting have set.  If children are under the age limit specified, they may be excluded from the trip (along with a parent/guardien) on the day.  Should this occur we will charge the full amount agreed at the time of booking.  For age limits please see the other attachment ‘Contact and Disclaimer Form’.

ON THE DAY:

A representative of FrogsRafting will meet guests at the designated meeting point and issue all the gear required for their trip (wetsuits, helmets, life jackets, paddles etc). We will then transport you to the take off point for the trip.

Frogsrafting does its best to ensure that every trip goes ahead. There are instances where conditions may alter the trip, or cause its cancellation. Should this happen, guests will always be refunded or offered an alternative.

Frogsrafting does its best to take any guest down the river, however please contact us with any special requirements you may have to ensure we can cater for you. Any guide working for FrogsRafting is fully certified to work in France.

FrogsRafting is fully insured.

Any images taken for FrogsRafting during the trip may be used by FrogsRafting or the photographer for promotional purposes.
